DN1 Deities

The deities supported in DN1 are a custom set of characters developed specifically for our setting. They borrow some concepts from some FR deities, but we never intend to support a range as large as the FR setting's full deity set.

This thread will be used to publish out-of-character and technical reference info on DN1 Deities. I'll also make it point at our in character deity mythology thread, for reference.

If you want to set the deity for one of your characters to the deities listed below, a DM may be able to help you. For a price.

Use of this information is 100% optional for all players. You are not required to know or pay attention to any of this.

This thread has been reorganized a bit. It should be easier to find info on a specific deity as they now have individual posts for their technical details, organized alphabetically be name.

You may notice a few details evolving or being changed as we develop these characters more.

Post a note in crossroads if you have any suggestions, questions, or requests related to the deities!

We've added links to graphics for the symbols of each deity into this thread. It's a bit prettier than the old word descriptions of symbols we had in there.

Many of these symbols show up in game on the floors of the various Temples to each deity, and we're looking into seeing how hard it is to possibly add DN-deity specific cloaks for a future patch.

FWIW, I have Photoshop and know how to use many of its features.

They're off-site links. They look fine here, but they may be in my IE browser cache at work. In which case, I'll look at grabbing them and hosting them sometime this weekend. Lula and Vic are also interested in this stuff a bit.
