-created first pseudo ats weapon experiment
-worked on the mil's tailors merge a little more in the aftermath of previous patch
-minor forward looking tweak to our Nature's Balance scripting and to support some related (new) placeholder scripts
-renamed some areas to colorize them for certain dedicated functions (cyan=DM, red=Builder, Green=special player area such as afk, you awoke, or death)
-experimented with dynamically colorizing some specific monster and placeables names in the game to avoid having to manually edit a bunch of related things (bosses, loot, etc)

-created a "top level" quest that gives general info about how Boss Quests work

-updated zip command messaging to echo more info back to the designer on pass/fail

-turned off debug mode in the Road of Bones
-adjusted teleport timing when activating the final Pilgrimage Shrine to visit the Pantheon (from 3.0f to 1.5f)
-zip commands are now functional test/dm/builder areas, regardless of combat excitement
-updated colorization of custom server messages
-updated some in game message wording
-updated server recognition regex of dm/builder areas to account for (now) expected colorization tags

-fixed a bug in the boss quest code logic that prolly never came up due to our playerbase size and nature, but could mess up with people joining and leaving and trying to run a BQ out of sync.
-fixed same bug in the new fedex quest code, derived from the bq code
-general work to finish deriving the fedex quest code library from the bq code
-general work to extend the fedex quest code capabilities to handle turning in party quest items at quest completion
-backed up thell's convo as dn_fae_q5_thell
-Thell's original quest journal entry, (tag: "q5") is preserved for now for reference, but a replacement is introduced for FQ development (tag: "DNFQ05")
-assigned a new custom token for colorizing fedex quest journal entries
-integrated new fedex quest code call into dn_mod_acquire
-updated the tome of the dead quest end chest to use the RSPI codebase instead of it's own one-off script
-major surgery on Thell's conversation. Oy vey. Now follows the example of a typical BQ setup
-design maintenance on some faeyn npcs while in the area
-Thell's Tome of the Dead quest now provides a reduced XP reward, but does provide a Light Rejuv pot
-new version of Thell's Tome Quest is repeatable in the new Artifact Quest system, as per BQs, once per reset
-BQs and FQs are now "available" in local test mode, regardless of nexus access availability for the testing char
-added /w help notes to document the sqs and resetquest commands a little better in game
-rebalanced XP rewards for various Bifrost-based BQs and Utredi quest
-tweaked some minor stuff in house of whim areas
