Ohhh!!! Nice ride there Dave!

*tries to look very stern* I don't even want to hear of you and that bike ever hitting the 3 digit numbers! There is NO Autobahn in NC!

And what a way to see the Appalachians too!

Oh no! What happened to biker #2?

(P.S. Resizing images so they don't break the boards would be nice...)

Hasn't the weather been great Dave? And you have alot of gorgeous area around you for riding that's for sure. One of the best riding trips I had with my ex was through the mountains out there. Would have loved to have had a digital at that time..lol, not even sure there were many around if at all in the early/mid 80's though.

And Alth, just don't have the forums show images. It will have links that can be opened in another window, that's what I do.

Althai,

It doesn't break the boards for me. What resolutiona re you running? I downsized all my shots to 800x600 or less, but the one you quoted was reused as is from another photographer. In fact, that's the magic missing biker #2 - he's taking the shot, so he isn't in it.

I've editted my image to the version you resized - is that better?

Ema - I haven't ridden in the blueridge parkway or elsewhere in the mountains. I haven't had the bike that far from home yet. It's on my list of things to do, however. smile.gif

I'm at 1280x1024, which is the highest my screen supports. It didn't break the boards too badly, but the quote button was inaccessible so I had to manually quote (oh, the horror!) The resized version is better.

I like the green vest. It makes you nicely obvious in all the pics. smile.gif
